After the huge success of the game Death Sword, Epyx decided to make a sequel. Hang on. How can Barbarian II be a sequel a game called Death Sword? Simple. The first game was originally called Barbarian, it’s only the PC version that got the different name (don’t ask why). PC version of Barbarian 2 was called Axe of Rage, but they left "Barbarian II" in the game since PC players called the game Barbarian instead of Death Sword.
